- Returns: Due to hygiene and safety standards in the cosmetics industry, we accept returns on new, unopened, and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a prompt replacement at no additional cost.
